Buy ABDOU VOYAGES flights and stays for travelers and all services as well as dry flights via the website: www.manasiki.ma .

Sale of programs approved by the Central Reservations (Maqam) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and requires the full acceptance by the client of the General Conditions and the unreserved acceptance by the client of all the provisions.

The General Conditions may be modified at any time without notice.

In some cases, the changes will take effect as soon as they are posted online. But it will only apply to reservations made after it is posted online. It is therefore necessary for the customer to consult and accept the General Conditions when booking, in particular for the Guarantee of the applicable provisions.

These General Conditions govern the sales of the ABDOU VOYAGES site www.manasiki.ma or remain within the meaning of the Tourism Law, and in cases where they are expressly required for the sale of dry flights and other isolated tourist services.

(Hereinafter, the “General Conditions”).

ARTICLE 1OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

This contract is a distance contract which aims to define the General Conditions of Sale for services linked to stays, trips, transfers, excursions and all other tourist services offered online by ABDOU TRAVEL on behalf of the Customer.

 

ARTICLE 2SITE TERMS OF USE

Any person purchasing one or more Service(s) on the Site must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of contracting, any person entering into an electronic contract with ABDOU TRAVEL guarantees the veracity of the information provided by him and undertakes personally. for people registered on the same file.

All Customers acknowledge having read these conditions of sale as well as all the terms of the proposal before placing their order. From then on, taking an order entails your full acceptance of our General Conditions of Sale. Any exemption for the benefit of the Customer will not bring any innovation to these conditions. The total or partial nullity of any of the clauses of these Conditions does not invalidate their other provisions.

ARTICLE 3RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION

Any reservation made on our platform www.manasiki.ma is made by ABDOU VOYAGES.

 Prices are subject to conditions, subject to availability and confirmation of the selected establishment on the dates chosen by the customer

The ordering process on the Site is as follows:

the Customer selects the Service(s) of his choice;

– He provides the information requested and necessary for his reservation;

– He chooses the means of payment for his order (it being specified that in certain cases, only immediate online payment by credit card is possible);

– He verifies and expressly accepts the confidentiality policy and the General Conditions of ABDOU TRAVEL.

-He then validates his order, the electronic contract is then validly concluded

Confirmation of the order, which includes the essential elements, such as identification of the service(s) reserved and the price, will be sent to the Customer by email, post or fax. Any applicable surcharge or discount will also be indicated.

Any reservation request binds the customer, even if confirmation is not immediate. Reservations are made on request and subject to availability at least 15 days before the departure date and even 1 month for certain distant and specific destinations (tours/cruises).

In addition, some packages have restrictions, notably on the minimum/maximum number of nights, trade fair periods, high seasons, etc.

After selecting the product, the Customer has the choice of paying directly or putting their selection in the basket, which corresponds to the Customer area where they find all the reservations and purchases they wish to make.

A product in the Basket does not in any way constitute a reservation, the reservation is only effective at the time of payment for the service and the Voucher and/or invoice are delivered to the Customer by email or to the agency.

ARTICLE 4CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION

Travel times are indicated in days from Casablanca to Casablanca, including the day of departure (from the time of summons at the airport) and arrival on return regardless of schedules, transport time and the number of nights actually spent there. The duration of land services may be modified for reasons due to transport or in the event of force majeure without giving rise to compensation or reimbursement.

Modification, cancellation less than 3 days before departure, non-presentation at the place of departure or non-compliance with administrative formalities: 100 % of the price of the trip. In the event of no-show at departure, we reserve the right to cancel other services as well as the return ticket. Any interrupted or shortened trip or any service not consumed by the customer will not give rise to any reimbursement, in particular any plane seat on the outward and return journeys. Rescheduling on another flight, possible transfer and accommodation where possible and under the responsibility of the buyer, will result in the prior payment of a new ticket and any additional services.

Any cancellation or modification by the customer will result in the collection of the following cancellation fees:

  1. For flights:

100 % of the ticket amount regardless of the cancellation date, subject to more favorable general conditions applied by the airlines concerned or, where applicable, to the special conditions to which certain air fares are subject.

Promotions of all types and flights from “low-cost” airlines are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

  1. For travel, predefined stays on the site and other services:

– more than 30 days before departure = 0% of the total price.

– less than 30 days before departure = no cancellation, modification or refund is possible.

However, certain trips or stays may be subject to special cancellation conditions which then appear in the special conditions of the trip contained in the description of this trip.

For the Hajj or Ramadan period, no refunds are possible for all reservations.

In the event ABDOU TRAVEL is required to cancel the trip or stay, the Customer will be offered a trip or stay of comparable cost. If the Customer refuses, the sums paid will be refunded. If this cancellation is imposed by circumstances of force majeure or linked to the safety of travelers, the Customer will not be able to claim any compensation.

ARTICLE 5CLAIMS, LOSSES AND DAMAGES

To be admissible, any complaint must be sent to our head office, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt with all supporting documents within a maximum period of 21 days from the date initially planned for the end of the service. The duration of our investigation with the services concerned will determine the response time. Remember to provide us with supporting documents. It is specified that any complaint made by fax, telephone, mail, email, or any other means, out of time, and not addressed to the service provider(s) concerned, if applicable, cannot be taken into account. . In the event of damage to or loss of baggage under the responsibility of the airline, a declaration must be made by the person concerned to the airport authorities/company as soon as the loss is noted. During your stay, we ask you not to leave valuable items or jewelry unattended that may be left at hotel receptions, ABDOU TRAVEL cannot be held responsible for theft of valuables, loss of jewelry or damage to luggage.

For flights purchased on the site: www.manasiki.ma, any complaint must be sent directly to the carrier whose name is mentioned on the ticket or to ABDOU TRAVEL who will forward this complaint directly to the carrier. As an agent, ABDOU TRAVEL will apply to the customer the prices set and applied by the air carriers at the time of the sale. In addition, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure and respect the airline's security and boarding conditions.

 

ARTICLE 6PAYMENT

Payment for online services is made according to the following methods:

  1. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

Registration is effective upon signature by the customer, provided that availability has not disappeared in the meantime. This registration involves the immediate payment of a deposit equal to at least 30% of the total amount. The following are not considered discharging: the provision of a payment card number until the center's agreement is obtained, nor a check until it is debited except a bank check, a money order until we can cash it or a transfer before confirmation from our bank. The balance is payable no later than 15 days before departure without a reminder from us, under the conditions applicable to the deposit, failing which we would be entitled to terminate the contract without the buyer being able to claim reimbursement of their deposit. . nor to any compensation. In this case the cancellation will be considered at the buyer's initiative.

The Client guarantees to the Company ABDOU TRAVEL that he has the authorizations possibly necessary to use the payment method chosen when validating the order form.

In the event of payment by bank card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of means of payment provided for in the agreements concluded between the Customer and the card issuer, between the company ABDOU TRAVEL and the Interbank Electronic Payment Center apply.

  1. PAYMENT IN AGENCY.

ABDOU TRAVEL also allows the Customer to pay in cash up to 20,000.00 MAD or by bank check directly from the agency. However, we must not forget that society ABDOU TRAVEL is itself financially committed from the moment the order is placed with its service provider. Therefore, in order to avoid any payment default, the Customer undertakes to respect the following procedure:

  1. On the payment methods page, the Customer chooses “payment by bank transfer” as payment method, accepts the General Conditions of Sale and clicks on “Continue”
  2. The Customer is informed of the success of his transaction on a summary page on which a travel order number is specified.
  3. The transfer must be made no later than 24 hours after the confirmation date.
  4. For the payment to be effective, the transfer must be confirmed by the issuing bank. This transfer confirmation must mention the name, first name and order number.

ARTICLE 7RESPONSIBILITY

Prior to registration and departure, the buyer must inquire with the competent authorities, embassy, consulate, etc. police, customs and health formalities necessary for their trip. He must carry out these formalities himself and ensure that he complies with the requirements of the authorities concerned throughout his trip, under his full responsibility both for himself and for the people accompanying him, in particular minors. We would like to point out that these formalities are subject to change. The information that we provide for information purposes only concerns adults who have the capacity to contract under the conditions described in the conditions of sale presented above, that is to say having legal majority and not being under guardianship or curatorship. These conditions form an integral part of the sales contract.

Some countries require the passport to be valid for more than 6 months after the return date, as well as the presentation of a return or onward ticket and sufficient funds. It is the customer's responsibility to scrupulously respect the applicable formalities and to check that the spelling of the names and surnames appearing on the travel documents conforms to those recorded on their identity papers (passport, visa, etc.).

 A traveler who was unable to consume one of the services purchased from ABDOU TRAVEL, failing to present the required documents (passport, visas, CIN, vaccination passport, tickets, PCR test, etc.) or failing to comply with the required conditions ensuring their safety and that of others will not be eligible for any reimbursement. We cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the consequences of force majeure events, fortuitous events or those caused by third parties. We accept no liability in the event of modification or cancellation of services due to weather conditions or events beyond our control.

ARTICLE 8DISPUTES AND ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION

It is expressly agreed that the data contained in the information system of www.manasiki.ma has probative force with regard to reservations and any other element relating to the use of the site www.manasiki.ma. They can be validly produced as proof in the same way as any other document.

For any dispute arising hereunder, the Parties undertake to resolve their dispute amicably to the extent possible. If, however, no agreement is found, for any dispute which may arise in the interpretation or execution of the Contract, express jurisdiction is assigned exclusively to the Commercial Court of Casablanca.
